The Canon DR‑G2090 is a high‑performance A3 production scanner designed for demanding, high‑volume environments such as government, finance, healthcare, and service bureaus. With 100 ppm / 200 ipm duplex scanning and a 300‑sheet ADF, it processes large mixed batches with exceptional speed and reliability—ideal for back‑office digitization, archiving workflows, and bulk document capture.
Equipped with a 600 dpi CIS sensor, the DR‑G2090 delivers sharp, high‑fidelity images with advanced features including auto colour detection, deskew, background smoothing, text enhancement, Moiré and shadow reduction, and extensive colour dropout options. Ultrasonic double‑feed detection and robust feeding technology ensure smooth handling of diverse media such as thick/thin paper, long documents up to 3,000 mm, business cards, and embossed plastic cards.
Designed for production‑level workloads, the scanner supports a daily duty cycle of up to 13,000 scans/day and integrates seamlessly into advanced workflows via USB 3.1, TWAIN/ISIS drivers, and CaptureOnTouch Pro—offering batch separation (barcode, patch code, blank page), OCR, and multi‑format export including PDF/A, TIFF, Word, Excel, and more.

RETURN POLICY

Scansupply have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return of all or part of a Product is subject to a prior written agreement between Scansupply and the Client. The return costs and risks shall be borne by the Client

SECTION 13 – PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Unless written agreement between the parties, the new products sold by Scansupply are guaranteed, from the date mentioned on the delivery slip, against any material or manufacturing defect, in accordance with the special conditions of the Product manufacturer supplied with the Product. In addition, the Client can subscribe to a warranty extension.
Exchange of products due to a severe malfunction occurring within 24 hours after purchase is possible if these products are returned in original packaging and complete, and the malfunction is verified by Scansupply. The buyer must consult DYANIX before returning the item. The warranty period does not restart with repair and/or replacement of products. A warranty of 30 days is provided for repairs from the date of return shipment by Scansupply. Warranty becomes void in cases of improper use, incorrect connection, exposure to moisture, or other causes beyond the control of Scansupply. The warranty does not cover costs or damages incurred due to modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Scansupply or their certified third party providers, or if the products have been used for purposes other than their intended use, or if they have been handled or maintained in an improper or careless manner.
