RETURN POLICY

Scansupply (Scansupply is a trading name of Dyanix Benelux BV) have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. In the case of sealed or protectively packaged goods (e.g. protective packaging against static charges, protective devices against drying out of liquids), the seal or the protective packaging must be undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return of all or part of a Product is subject to a prior written agreement between Scansupply and the Client. The return costs and risks shall be borne by the Client.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
The Client shall check the condition and the quantity of the Products at the time of the delivery. They shall notify, the case arising, their exceptions on the carrier delivery slip and confirm them in writing to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) working days following their receipt. A copy of this letter shall be simultaneously sent to hello@scansupply.eu. Exceptions should be clear and precise about the nature and extent of the damage. Exceptions such like accepted subject unpacking are not valid and accepted by transport insurance companies. Any other complaint from the Client, regarding the evident defects or the non-conformity of the ordered Products to the order (particularly wrong quantities or references), shall be made in written to Scansupply, to be valid, within eight (8) days following the receipt of the Products by the Client. After this period, the delivered Products shall be deemed in conformity with the terms of the order and no complaint related to the evident defects or to the conformity of the delivered Products can be considered by Scansupply. In the case of delivered Products acknowledged by Scansupply after verification, as not in conformity with the order and/or the Contract, Scansupply will credit the order and request you make a separate purchase for the new item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
