RETURN POLICY

Scansupply have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return of all or part of a Product is subject to a prior written agreement between Scansupply and the Client. The return costs and risks shall be borne by the Client

Warranty

SECTION 13 – PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Unless written agreement between the parties, the new products sold by Scansupply are guaranteed, from the date mentioned on the delivery slip, against any material or manufacturing defect, in accordance with the special conditions of the Product manufacturer supplied with the Product. In addition, the Client can subscribe to a warranty extension.

Exchange of products due to a severe malfunction occurring within 24 hours after purchase is possible if these products are returned in original packaging and complete, and the malfunction is verified by Scansupply. The buyer must consult DYANIX before returning the item. The warranty period does not restart with repair and/or replacement of products.  A warranty of 30 days is provided for repairs from the date of return shipment by Scansupply.  Warranty becomes void in cases of improper use, incorrect connection, exposure to moisture, or other causes beyond the control of Scansupply. The warranty does not cover costs or damages incurred due to modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Scansupply or their certified third party providers, or if the products have been used for purposes other than their intended use, or if they have been handled or maintained in an improper or careless manner.

Le Canon DR‑S350NW est un scanner réseau A4 haute performance conçu pour les environnements de travail hybrides, les environnements partagés et les équipes qui ont besoin d'une numérisation rapide, sans pilote et flexible. Avec une numérisation recto verso de 50 ppm / 100 ipm et un chargeur automatique de documents de 60 feuilles, il traite rapidement et de manière fiable de grands lots de documents, y compris le papier épais et fin, les cartes de visite, les cartes plastiques et les passeports.

Ses ports USB 3.2, Gigabit LAN et Wi-Fi double bande intégrés offrent une connectivité maximale, permettant de numériser à partir de PC, Mac, Chromebooks, smartphones et tablettes, sans avoir à installer de pilotes. Grâce à CaptureOnTouch Lite Web, les utilisateurs peuvent numériser directement à partir de n'importe quel navigateur web ou même lancer des numérisations en scannant un code QR affiché sur l'appareil. L'écran tactile couleur de 4,3 pouces permet une utilisation intuitive avec aperçu, boutons de tâches personnalisés et guides d'aide animés.

Le traitement d'image avancé (seuil actif, amélioration des couleurs, réduction du moiré) et la résolution de 600 dpi garantissent des documents nets et précis. Avec un cycle d'utilisation pouvant atteindre 9 000 numérisations par jour, la numérisation directe vers e-mail, cloud, Teams, Slack, FTP/SFTP et dossiers partagés, le DR-S350NW est conçu pour les flux de travail numériques modernes.
