Le Image Access WideTEK 12 SPECTRUM est un scanner à plat multispectral de qualité professionnelle conçu pour l'analyse avancée de documents, l'examen médico-légal et la numérisation de haute précision. Contrairement aux scanners conventionnels, il capture des images dans les spectres de lumière ultraviolette (UV), visible (VIS) et infrarouge (IR), ce qui permet de détecter des caractéristiques de sécurité cachées, des altérations, des filigranes et des caractéristiques matérielles invisibles dans des conditions d'éclairage standard.
Avec une résolution optique pouvant atteindre 1 200 dpi, le WideTEK 12 SPECTRUM offre une clarté d'image exceptionnelle et une reproduction fine des détails. Ses systèmes d'éclairage UV (365 nm), lumière visible et IR (850 nm) intégrés permettent une analyse spectrale complète dans un seul appareil. Une fonction de rétroéclairage intégrée permet en outre la détection des filigranes et l'examen des documents semi-transparents. La numérisation à grande vitesse garantit un flux de travail efficace, les numérisations visibles et infrarouges étant effectuées en quelques secondes seulement.
Conçu pour les environnements professionnels, le scanner prend en charge des applications avancées telles que la vérification des passeports et des pièces d'identité, l'authentification des billets de banque, l'examen médico-légal de documents, la conservation d'archives et le contrôle qualité industriel. La construction robuste du scanner à plat permet d'accueillir des documents mesurant jusqu'à 313 × 470 mm (12,3 × 18,5 pouces), offrant ainsi une flexibilité supérieure aux formats A3 standard.

RETURN POLICY

Scansupply have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return of all or part of a Product is subject to a prior written agreement between Scansupply and the Client. The return costs and risks shall be borne by the Client

SECTION 13 – PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Unless written agreement between the parties, the new products sold by Scansupply are guaranteed, from the date mentioned on the delivery slip, against any material or manufacturing defect, in accordance with the special conditions of the Product manufacturer supplied with the Product. In addition, the Client can subscribe to a warranty extension.
Exchange of products due to a severe malfunction occurring within 24 hours after purchase is possible if these products are returned in original packaging and complete, and the malfunction is verified by Scansupply. The buyer must consult DYANIX before returning the item. The warranty period does not restart with repair and/or replacement of products. A warranty of 30 days is provided for repairs from the date of return shipment by Scansupply. Warranty becomes void in cases of improper use, incorrect connection, exposure to moisture, or other causes beyond the control of Scansupply. The warranty does not cover costs or damages incurred due to modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Scansupply or their certified third party providers, or if the products have been used for purposes other than their intended use, or if they have been handled or maintained in an improper or careless manner.
