El Image Access WideTEK 12 SPECTRUM es un escáner plano multiespectral de calidad profesional diseñado para el análisis avanzado de documentos, el examen forense y la digitalización de alta precisión. A diferencia de los escáneres convencionales, captura imágenes en los espectros de luz ultravioleta (UV), visible (VIS) e infrarroja (IR), lo que permite detectar características de seguridad ocultas, alteraciones, marcas de agua y características de los materiales que son invisibles en condiciones de iluminación estándar.
Con una resolución óptica de hasta 1200 ppp, el WideTEK 12 SPECTRUM ofrece una claridad de imagen excepcional y una reproducción de detalles muy precisa. Sus sistemas de iluminación UV (365 nm), luz visible e IR (850 nm) integrados permiten un análisis espectral completo en un solo dispositivo. La función de retroiluminación incorporada permite además la detección de marcas de agua y el examen de documentos semitransparentes. El escaneo de alta velocidad garantiza un flujo de trabajo eficiente, con escaneos visibles e infrarrojos completados en solo unos segundos.
Diseñado para entornos profesionales, el escáner es compatible con aplicaciones avanzadas como la verificación de pasaportes y documentos de identidad, la autenticación de billetes, el examen forense de documentos, la conservación de archivos y el control de calidad industrial. Su robusta estructura plana admite materiales de hasta 12,3 × 18,5 pulgadas (313 × 470 mm), lo que ofrece una flexibilidad superior a los formatos A3 estándar.

RETURN POLICY

Scansupply have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return of all or part of a Product is subject to a prior written agreement between Scansupply and the Client. The return costs and risks shall be borne by the Client

SECTION 13 – PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Unless written agreement between the parties, the new products sold by Scansupply are guaranteed, from the date mentioned on the delivery slip, against any material or manufacturing defect, in accordance with the special conditions of the Product manufacturer supplied with the Product. In addition, the Client can subscribe to a warranty extension.
Exchange of products due to a severe malfunction occurring within 24 hours after purchase is possible if these products are returned in original packaging and complete, and the malfunction is verified by Scansupply. The buyer must consult DYANIX before returning the item. The warranty period does not restart with repair and/or replacement of products. A warranty of 30 days is provided for repairs from the date of return shipment by Scansupply. Warranty becomes void in cases of improper use, incorrect connection, exposure to moisture, or other causes beyond the control of Scansupply. The warranty does not cover costs or damages incurred due to modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Scansupply or their certified third party providers, or if the products have been used for purposes other than their intended use, or if they have been handled or maintained in an improper or careless manner.
