Wat als het artikel dat ik zoek niet op voorraad is?
then we would advise you to order it now while it is out of stock. Then when we receive a new shipment of this product we will prepare your order and ship it to you.

this lead time is shorter but we are unable to give a guarantee.

then you can expect a delivery time of 1-2 business days.

we can send you an invoice and you will decide when to transfer the payment. NOTE: the order will be shipped once the funds have been received in our bank account. You can speed up this process by sending us a copy of your bank transfer confirmation.

it is your responsibility to pay the taxes related to the order on your tax returns. We do not charge taxes outside of the Netherlands but do declare the sale.
Waar kan ik mijn trackinginformatie vinden?
an email containing shipment information (a tracking number) will be sent to you. You can also find your shipment information when you go to your original order confirmation email. Still not able to locate your shipment details? Sent us your order number and we will send the information to the email of that account.
Waar kan ik mijn factuur vinden?
Facturen worden automatisch per e-mail verzonden zodra de bestelling is verwerkt. Mocht u de factuur niet hebben ontvangen
